ASSOCIATE OF ARTS OREGON TRANSFER DEGREE (AAOT)
Earning your AAOT at Chemeketa can fulfill the lower division general education requirements at any of Oregon's public four-year universities.
You will obtain the fundamentals of a college education. Coursework can include –

- Mathematics
- Science
- Social Science
- Writing
You must earn a 'C' grade or better in your classes and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 to complete the degree.

Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer - Elementary Education Degree
Start your academic path to becoming a teacher with Chemeketa's AAOT in Elementary Education. Through a combination of select education courses, practicum experience and general education classes, students will experience a career in teaching from the very beginning and be prepared to successfully transfer as a junior at any college in Oregon to complete a bachelor's degree.

ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE (AAS)
You'll get a solid introduction to college level classes that provide the foundation for leadership in your field. Speaking of your field, you will also get the training to make you ready for the career you choose.

ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE
Chemeketa's Associate of Science degree will give you a less expensive alternative for completing you lower level science and general college education requirements.
We can't guarantee that earning this degree will complete all the requirements for a bachelor of science degree at your chosen university. Nor will you necessarily be able to transfer as a junior.
You should meet with an advisor to determine which courses will best align with the requirements of the university where you want to transfer.

You'll have the opportunity to gain marketable skills upon completion of this business-focused degree. You also have the option to transfer to one of Oregon's four-year universities as a a junior and apply to their business program.

ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE TRANSFER COMPUTER SCIENCE
Are you interested in a career as a software developer? Or one in machine learning or data science? Maybe you are interested in learning how to solve brand new problems using computation as a tool. A Computer Science or Software Engineering degree allows you to develop the skills you will need.
Chemeketa’s Computer Science program offers a two-year program that articulates to four-year bachelor’s degree programs in these areas. At Chemeketa, you can earn an Associate of Science Transfer in Computer Science (AST-CS) degree. You also have the option to transfer to one of Oregon's four-year universities as a junior and apply to their program.

Chemeketa's Associate of General Studies degree is designed for students who are not seeking a transfer degree or an Associate of Applied Science degree. You may use this degree to enhance your employment opportunities or fulfill some of the requirements of a university program.

Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS)
Completing your Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Leadership & Management opens up even more doors for your career. This degree offers training in strategic planning, mission fulfillment, team-building and leadership, marketing, research and interpreting financial and business reports.
The Applied Baccalaureate in Leadership and Management prepares you for employment in local, state, or federal government agencies, or in the private sector in a variety of settings ranging from health care to manufacturing and other enterprises.

OREGON TRANSFER MODULE
The OTM assures you are taking the best first step towards your education goals. Successful completion of the requirements will result in you being ready for your sophomore year at a college or university. To earn the OTM you will need to complete 45 instructional credits. This usually takes three terms of classes. You'll need to earn a 'C' grade or better in all your classes and have a minimum GPA of 2.00.
